It is imperative to note that they will endeavor to collect the item in question only once. If this pickup attempt is not successful for any reason, the responsibility then shifts to you, the customer, to send back the item to the company’s official address. It’s critical that this is done in a timely manner to adhere to the exchange policy terms.
Furthermore, there is a special note for items purchased during a clearance sale; these are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be aware that products purchased in a clearance sale might possess minor imperfections, reflective of their status as old stock. Although these items are offered at a discounted rate, their ‘final sale’ status is a consideration in their pricing.
Also, please understand that the availability of our reverse pickup service is contingent on the specificity of your location. In particular, it is dependent on the pin-code of your area of residence. Our customer service team is standing by to inform you of the availability of this service based on your location’s eligibility.
Lastly, in the event of a return, we ask that you ensure the product to be exchanged is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped. The item should be unused, unaltered, and accompanied by all the original packaging and labels to guarantee successful processing of the exchange.
